Stainless Steel

By far the most popular material for kitchen sink, stainless steel sinks are heat and stain resistant and are available in a variety of types, styles and sizes including top-mount, under counter and butler style (farmhouse).  We recommend going for a brushed or satin finish rather than a mirror finish - water marks and scratches will be less noticeable. Also, look for sinks that have sound-absorbing pads on the bottom. Consumer Reports recently tested stainless steel sinks and found that these pads, rather than sound-absorbing spray or a thicker gauge of steel, performed best in reducing the noise commonly associated with stainless steel sinks. Prices for stainless steel sinks vary, however if you shop through us you can get a decent quality stainless steel sink for not a lot of money, making it our pick for those on a tight budget.

Composite Granite

Composite granite sinks are our new go-to kitchen sink and very popular with clients at the moment.  They are good-looking, durable and don't show water marks or scratches the way stainless steel sinks do. They come in a variety of neutral hues, but black and white are neutral tones and the most common choice for customers (the black more so because they camouflage food filth the best).  They also come in a variety of styles which include with and without draining board.  While these sinks are designed to be top mount (drop in style) if you have a good stone mason they can easily be modified to be fitted as an undermount sink style.  The cost of a composite sink is more expensive than a stainless steel option however they are still very good value for money and add a sleek satin stone look to your new kitchen.

Natural Stone

If you are putting in stone bench tops, such as beautiful granite, marble or quartz stone, think about installing a kitchen sink to match. Natural stone sinks are all individual as they are all carved from natural solid stone boulders. The beauty of the natural stone is preserved while creating a functional piece of artwork which will complement your modern kitchen design.  While this type of sink can be more expensive than other options you are investing in a one of a kind unique product which is handmade and will be a real eye catcher in your new kitchen.

In the market for something different? Copper kitchen sinks are big on charm and also happen to be rust-resistant and antimicrobial, making them a great choice for the kitchen. Just be sure to select a high-quality copper sink like ours!  Our copper sinks are 99.9% pure copper.   These sinks also have the flexibility of being custom made and we offer a range of face plates to suit the apron front on our butler style sinks (farmhouse).  While copper kitchen sinks look amazing you just need to remember to avoid harsh chemicals and instead clean the sink according to our recommendations.

All Kitchen Sinks are Delivered Australia wide including Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Hobart, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Townsville, Cairns, Darwin and all other major cities.
